Cooling towers are an important system in many industries. However, lots of problems can happen in cooling towers, such as scaling, biological fouling, and corrosion. Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor

Scale inhibitor is a chemical used to prevent scales from sticking to the cooling tower. Corrosion inhibitor is a chemical that is used to minimize metal loss and prevent corrosion, which can reduce the useful life of cooling tower systems. 

 

Z-370 is a nitrite based corrosion inhibitor designed for use in closed cooling water systems and specially formulated to handle carbon steel corrosion. Z-370 functions as a protective, film-forming corrosion inhibitor to keep engines clean and maintenance cost. There are also other scale and corrosion inhibitors, such as Z-342.

Oxidizing Microbiocide

Oxidizing microbiocide is a chemical which is used to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the growth of microbes or bacteria contained in cooling tower systems, which can reduce the efficiency of the cooling tower system. We offer some oxidizing microbiocides, such as Z-428 and Z-424. 

 

Z-424 is a solid microbiocide that is specially formulated for cooling tower systems and very effective at killing bacteria, germs and algae. It has a tablet form which is slower dissolved in water. This tablet form is an opportunity to control biocide level safer than gaseous chlorine.

Non Oxidizing Microbiocide

Non oxidizing microbiocide is a chemical which is used to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the growth of microbes or bacteria contained in cooling tower systems. Z-472 is very effective in controlling microorganisms and algae. It is also designed to control the population of microorganisms and is easily handled.

Biodispersant

We offer biodispersant, such as Z-506 which is an effective biodispersant in recirculating cooling water systems. It effectively controls organic deposits and disperses foulants that can impede heat transfer and increase maintenance cost. The benefits of Z-506 are it can disperse and remove biofilms and organic deposits, enhances microorganism control program, and helps maintain heat transfer efficiency.
